LET'S PAINT

BOOKING  FORM

This form should only be completed if:

1) You are booking an offsite event at your location

 

2) You are booking our In Studio Private Room (Seats up to 15) .

​

Additional Details: 

- For studio room rental, your room will be reserved for a 2 hour time slot. Guests can purchase tickets on our website for the time of your party. 

- For offsite events, we do not provide tables/ chairs. Please ensure you have a table and chair arrangement before our arrival. All tables must have tableclothes.

- Our events are 90 minutes. Our team arrives 1 hour before your event time to setup.

- You are welcomed to serve food, refreshments, and drinks at your event.

- Our event host is also your DJ! Be sure to let us know what you like to listen to.

- You will be invoiced based on your selections. We can invoice the total in full or send a guest link for your guests to pay individually.

Please advise, if you are booking a fundraiser or large group, we will reach out to you to discuss your event in detail after booking.

EVENT FEES

Booking Fee for Mobile Paint Parties$100 (No Refunds/No Transfers)

In Studio (Private Room Rental) - Up to 15 PPL / $100 Room Reservation Fee

In Studio (Private Room Rental) - Up to 20-25 PPL / $150 Room Reservation Fee

PLEASE NOTE: Booking Fees are not applied to the event balance.


Private Offsite Event ( Adult or Youth) $40/ per person

In Studio Event ( Adult or Youth ) $30/ per person

Private Room In Studio Rental : $100

Corporate Events $30/ per person

Fundraising Events $25/ per person

Art Programming $15/ per person

Travel Fee $50.00 applied to all mobile events

Kit Delivery Fee $8.95 per address

  • All sales are final. No refunds for paint kit purchases or cancellations of events scheduled. 

  • I understand that the $100 booking fee is separate and nonrefundable.

  • I understand that Kolor My Kanvas does not provide tables/ chairs. Tables/ Chairs must be arranged with tablecloths prior to our arrival.

  • We do not supply tables and chairs for offsite events. Please have table and chair arrangement prepared prior to our arrival. Tables must be covered (plastic tablecloths are ideal)

Electronic Signature and/or payment of booking fee below acknowledges your acceptance of the terms listed in this Booking Form on the date of submission. Please print a copy for your records.
